Question One of my fan's RGB stopped working.

Fans are from a probably not so well known case.

GFN12FZ01 - fan controller with fans

The fan spins but rgb isnt working. Tried using another 6 pin port.

Im not sure if the store that i bought the case from a month ago will kindly send me a fan if i ask nicely... and i can't find this exact type of fan. If you could post some links with an RGB fan that is compatible with this controller and looks similar I'd appreciate it.

What case? Or fans used?

Photo looks like something that Thermaltake uses.

And if within warranty period should vendor replace that fan.

The case is produced by a romanian manufacturer. I don't know what are these fans. I think they are some kind of OEM fans?

Also how exactly does warranty replacement work? Do i just call them and tell them "one of the fans stopped working" or do i send the whole case for checking?

You have to see how warranty works with them,just contact them. Might be that the whole case needs to be send back,maybe they can povide just the fan.

Googled that nr and seems Cinese that hub. The next shows where it comes from,maybe they can sell replacements too,
