Question One of my GPU fans is not spinning.

I own a Powercolor hellhound RX 6600 for the past two months. It has barely created any noise and the temps have been pretty good, I don't think I have ever seen it exceed 71 degrees. But recently, (dont know for how long I noticed it today) one of my fans stopped spinning, even under a stress test I ran using furmark. Coincidentally today my PC made a weird electric saw type noise as if something was hitting a fan, I closed the pc immediately and there was no noise after the reboot. Yes, I am aware this GPU only uses fans under load. Should I just try to clean the fan or am I screwed?

You could get a replacement fan for your GPU, if the fan has died.
