One of my hdd's keeps crashing, unable to repair. Crystal disk info of my hdd's.

System can sometimes boot for a few minutes, but always crashes to a blue screen, citing errors like critical process failed. The system attempts to do a disk repair, but it always fails. I have tried a couple of different disk repair utilities where I boot from usb, but no luck. I've tried shrinking the drive, repairing windows, and doing virus/malware sweeps, and still no luck. The hdd that is failing is only a couple of months old.

I've rolled a new Windows 10 install on the other drive, and all of the files on the failing hdd are accessible as a mounted drive. I'm good to go for now, but I'm wondering if I should try to get my money back on this 2 month old hdd.

1st. Backup your data from that drive.

2nd. Download and run the WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for it.

If all is good with the drive, perhaps the NTFS volume got corrupted. In which case, again, backup your data, then reformat it and restore the data back to the volume.
