Question One of my three gpu fans isn't spinning

I have an Rtx 3080 from EVGA and one of the three fans is not spinning.

I have an EVGA 3080 FTW3 ultra that has the same fan issue. I bought the hybrid kit and am going to upgrade it instead of troubleshooting the issue further.

What are the temps? Some 3 fan GPU's have 1 fan that wont turn until a temp threshold is hit. Try running it through a benchmark software like Heaven benchmark. Or use a software like MSI and force fans to spin by turning them on manual.

What are the models you are referring to? Because I know that feature applying to all fans, not to just 1 fan when multiple.

So i got msi afterburner for my gtx 1060 6gb armor and even under load one fan is not spinning its actually twitching and after i touch it its starts spining normally !this isnt an issue when idle cause the fans dont sping under 60 c but when the gpu gets hot only one fan spins and the other...

OP didn't mention checking if it was just a fan not spinning due to temps being low. Worth asking XD.

Of course it's worth asking but I really was asking out of curiosity because I don't know any model doing that for just 1 fan. The two threads you linked does not have the same issue as in the one it was solved by pushing the fan to start and in the other was ALL fans not spinning due to the 0rpm mode.

I use precision x1 as my fan control and have been running manual fan speeds but one stays at 0 rpm

I actually have this same issue now, did you ever figure out a fix?
