Hello,
Just bought a Phanteks G360A case, and ran into some trouble.
The motherboard is Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus
So the problem here is that one of the case fans is running full speed all the time, it's a PWM fan and it's plugged straight into motherboard's CHA_FAN1 4-pin header.
I have all the same settings as the other case fans for it in BIOS, and it works as intended in BIOS if I switch it to DC and back to PWM, but after booting to Windows it starts to spin full speed.
The problem seems to be with that one header. I connected the fan to another header and it works without a problem.
Already updated BIOS to 3002 but it didn't fix the problem, and since the header seems to be working perfectly normal in BIOS it makes me think that the header itself doesn't have a problem either.
I don't have any software controlling the fan either, only the BIOS.
