One of the display ports stopped working

I turned on my PC today and the monitor had no signal even though it was fine before. I unplugged and re-plugged the display port cable on the monitor and it did nothing so I tried switching to another display port on the gpu and it worked. I want to know if there's a way to fix this and if not should I be worried that the other display connections on my gpu might also fail?

My gpu: Gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb

If you're sure that the issue is the connection on the GPU, your best bet would probably be to contact the company where you bought it and get it replaced or repaired.

Got it fixed. I just had to disconnect the monitor from power and reconnect it. I feel a bit dumb for not trying everything before creating a thread.
