I just ran performance diagnosis and I am getting this error.

One or more services has failed. The service did not stop gracefully, suggesting the service may have crashed or one of its components stopped in an unsupported way.
Details: Service exited with code not equal to 0 or 1077
Resolution: Restart the service

Solution
well in a nutshell basically it's saying, to kinda explain, you got a buggy program running on your system and it crashed pretty much. in order to specifically see what happened we would have to go into the event viewer i believe and look at the logs....its not something i can really troubleshoot over the internet really i'd have to kinda look at it myself lol. well it's difficult.

but more importantly is your system crashing or acting funny in any way whatsoever? if it is not....eh i wouldn' tworry about it too much

Ive been having and audio stuttering issue. I think its motherboard issue not a software issue. Ive been working a few months trying to figure it out but I cant figure out what is causing audio stuttering. How would I find in the event viewer where the program crashed? Sometimes when I run peformance diganosis it crashes a bunch of times and the program doesn't respond. Maybe that is the issue?

My system

Sapphire R9 280x oc version
860 watt corsair psu
8gb of g skill ram
GA-Z87X-UD3H bios version f8

in the event viewer you are looking for things with a yellow flag or a red flag, red are critical events that cause a crash, and yellow are causes events that may be causing problems. troubleshooting those may lead to a resolution possibly. you have a lot of flagged events? refer to guide i linked to help decipher and navigate
