One pc has slow internet speed but the onther doesn't

So one of pc has a great connection it opens all the pages and everything but the other one is really slow and would disconnect when I try search anything in google.
It worked all great but now it started to act up like this

I would suspect a few things, none related to your network.

1. run Malwarebytes on your system and see what is discovered.
2. run ADWCleaner
see what comes of it afterwards
