[SOLVED] One PCI slot working only

I have motherboard z97 gaming from MSI when I put my VGA Card GTX 1660 Ti in the middle both the displays are working but when I shift the VGA card to upper or lower PCI slot one display does not work , thanks

Try to update the BIOS, and intel chipset driver first, then try again. If you get the same problems, nothing you can do.

And if you can still use the 2nd pcie slot, you should be fine, read the review, even it is old, but it will tell you something at least.
