It is possible to have one PDC (NT) and two BDCs (NT and 2000)? or only one
PDC and one BDC?

You can have as many BDCs as you require.

What dou you mean "there is nos such thing as Win 2K BDC."?

You cannot make W2k BDC in NT4 domain and W2k domain doesn't have neither
native PDC nor BDC.

Win 2k DCs operate in Multilateral mode except for 5 FSMO roles.

There is no choice to install a new Win 2k or Win 2k3 DC as a BDC as with NT
4.0.
