No , none of the 10 series cards have an analog converter inside.

Theyre a purely digital output only.

You can buy active HDMI to vga adapters if absolutely required.

Yeah it's a fake card ,there are millions on eBay.

Will be an old gtx 550 or similar with a new shroud & fan & flashed with a false bios id

Clearly not a valid advertisement. The images are not for a low-profile card. The 10xx series cards do not have analog (VGA) outputs.

Notice in the pictures, that it also seems to have a SLI bridge connector on the board. Not a 1050ti.

I have a GT 1030 with VGA output. The Brands who have VGA output are Zotac and MSi.

Well color me surprised! I see my mistake now. NVidia GTX 10xx series cards no longer support VGA.
