Question One RGB section not working on H510 Elite

[A380-Fan]

I got an H510 elite about 3 months ago but recently, One of the fans have been acting up. One section (out of 8) on the top fan will only turn to aqua or green, no matter what color I set it to. I have reached out to NZXT support already but got nothing helpful from them. Does anyone know a fix to this? Thanks!

to ensure it is this fan specifically and not the aRGB controller;
connect the fan to a different port and see if the issue persists
