One site not logging in across all browsers

We have a computer that needs to get on an online banking site and it works fine on every computer except one. I believe this is a Windows 10 issue because that one site will not load for any browser I've tried (Firefox, Edge, Chrome, and IE). It worked fine on Windows 7, but not after the upgrade.

I've reset IE entirely, disabled the antivirus entirely, turned off Windows Firewall, flushed the dns, added the url to the list of trusted sites, and disabled every add on without any luck. Would anyone have any ideas or experienced this problem? I'm sort of backed up against a wall here, but I appreciate any help.

Please open the Start Menu and type "features on off". It should give a result called Turn Windows Features On Or Off, open that. Disable Internet Explorer, restart, try again.

How does it not work? what's the problem. Does it try to load at all, give any error messages. We need more info.

I just tried disabling internet explorer and it still didn't go through.

I go to the banking site, add user and password, and click login. Sometimes it thinks about it for awhile and sometimes it doesn't, but I always get the page that says it couldn't load the page. I've tried troubleshooting with the bank and it shows on their side that I've successfully logged on, but all I can see is that it couldn't load the page. Also, not sure if this is related, but Pandora always times out and can never load into the radio.

That would be related, it means you're having connectivity issues. Who's your ISP? What service do you have?

It's a company called Vast. I should call them and ask if they have a solution. The bank is going to get back to me later, but I really don't think they are going to have an answer for this problem. Thank you for that idea. I'll post how that goes.

Holy crap I forgot about that. Date and time are correct unfortunately.

After a lot of time wasted and troubleshooting with 4 tech groups, there was no solution to this problem. I finally just reinstalled the os like I should have done in the first place.
