One spot on screen abnormally bright?

I recently got a new monitor, and It is lighter in one area in comparison to the other areas. It is especially visible on black. Should I return it, or its there a fix for it? Thank you!(My camera makes it look worse than it is, but just by a hair)http://i.imgur.com/a/cYm81

It's light bleeding, happens on most LCD monitors, and yes, you will specially notice it on a black background. You can return it if you want, RMA should consider that a reasonable argument.
