One time I got LibreOffice. (before) It worked very good for some time. When I start it says the user32.dll DLL was relocated!

Once, I wanted an Office alternate (mine expired) and I found exactly what I was looking for. LibreOffice. It worked fine for some time. I did not use it and now, when I try to it says the user32.dll which was supposed to stay forever in system32 or C:/Windows/, was moved somewhere in my memory! Why would anyone move it?

the program may have changed that dll to one that may not be good ?? heres the Microsoft steps to try to correct it
