OneDrive not synching

I use Microsoft OneDrive on 3 devices, a W10 aging Laptop, an iPad Pro 9.7 (1st gen) Ana Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. All are running the latest OS updates.
When I update files on my laptop using either Excel or Word, the corresponding files on OneDrive don’t always update.

Is there a way to force a synch on any of these devices?
