Question OnePlus 6 usb tethering speed?

So i am upgrading my mobile network speed from 50 mbps to 150 mbps. I was wondering if there is a limit to the max speed that my onplus6 (or the cable) can transmit to my pc

And is usb 3 port on my pc enough fast to support the 150 mbps incoming net speed
(So i dont bottleneck my pc and dont waste money)

So far the 50 mbps has worked fine but giving a ~15% loss. (I guess it is the phone using a bit of it)

And is there a option to enable in op6 to make it not use any internet itself ( or run in the background) so the loss would get minimised

Getting precicely 50mbps if that is your max is hard because it sometimes has larger and smaller packages of data traveling having much variation with file size may decrease the speed for example if you would download a dummy file for 20gb or 200000 pictures of 20gb the dummy file of 20gb will be done faster because it is a single file. Usb 3.0 max mbps is 640 so you have much room.
