Have they said whether or not there will be a micro-SD card slot? Normally I don't care, but this phone will come out with 16GB or 64GB of storage. 32GB is kind of the sweet spot for me, so if there's a slot, I'll just through 32GB in there for significantly less money.

I think some comments in a Reddit they did a few weeks ago led people to believe that it would have one, but OnePlus has not confirmed this.

However, the OPO's cousin, the Oppo Find 7, does have a microSD slot, so one would assume...

Large battery. replaceable back covers. lightly changed stock android. 6 element 13MP sony camera. That is a lot of high end features for only 300 dollars to own outright, no contract to buy it no paying 20 a month for 24 months to buy a 650 dollar phone. These things are going to sell like CRAZYYYYY

You realize you're converting backwards. 350€ is $486. Oppo has said that the OnePlus One will be available for around $400.

The Snapdragon 801 is a beast. Trying to compare one OS to another is difficult, but it is a top of the line processor that beats the A7 on many levels.
