In the text:
1. Acceptance of Terms
  1. By (i) using our products, our web site or any other web sites (each, a “Site”), our mobile applications (“Apps”) or other online or offline service (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Rainberry, Inc., its affiliates and agents (“Rainberry”,“BitTorrent,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) with links to these Terms of Use (the “General Terms”) in any way, including using, transmitting, downloading or uploading any Materials made avail

What is the meaning of the underlined text?

online = using the resources of some online system or service
offline = using their application while not connected to anything external
O.K. What is the difference between apps to services (In the text I add)?
Can I say the term "online/offline apps" or only the "online/offline services" is acceptable?

I don't understand the phrase "user facing thing"?
OK...conversing here at Tom's Hardware.

What "app" are you using? Something on your phone, or a web browser?
That is the 'user facing' part.

There is a LARGE 'service' behind the scenes that you do not see. A large database, with hundreds of millions of rows of data. That lives in a sever farm on some other part of the planet.
All just to serve you what I just wrote.
