Question online games disconnecting after a minute or two

Hi I've got two computers connected via Ethernet at my apartment and my main PC is having online games disconnect almost instantly once I log in. The second computer can run the games fine with no disconnections at all. I swapped the cords to make sure there was no issue there. Network adapter drivers are current on the PC that is having the games disconnect. I was able to run the same games perfectly when I connected the troubled PC to the internet via my phones bluetooth tethering also

Any error messages or pop-up windows when the games disconnect?

Look in Reliability for any error codes, warnings, or informational events that you can associate with game disconnections.

Make and model router?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue.

Log into the router as Admin and check the logs.

On your main PC, run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Post the results.
