Question Online games freeze for 1-2 seconds randomly ?

Hello, I have a problem with my computer, I usually play online games (lol, cs go, dota, albion) and I always have the same problem, that randomly my screen freezes for 1-2 seconds.

I have been with this problem for a long time and I have tried different things such as formatting, searching for viruses, updating drivers, temperature problems, disk problems and so far nothing has solved it.

Today I realized that when I was displaying the graph of the internet task manager it dropped to 0 and at that moment the freezing occurred, so I suppose that has to do with that, I am connected by network cable and I tried another computer and this error did not occur in the other computer so I rule out that the cable is bad or is a problem with the internet company. I tried Ping -t 8.8.8.8 in cmd and when freezes it say Request timed out and then back to normal

Could be damage to the cable. Have you twisted it or bend it at any point?
