Solution
Loopback 127.0.0.1

FYI: https://www.lifewire.com/network-computer-special-ip-address-818385

Firefox is working because the port forwarding is directed by your router to your PC via the PC's IP address (192.168.0.104)

Your router needs to know that traffic for "Aces" must go to ports 7392 and 7393 of the device with the assigned IP of 192.168.0.104.

Furthermore that destination must have a static IP that is reserved on the router via the MAC address on the network card. And that static IP should be outside of the allowed DHCP address range.

Reason: If the gaming computer's IP address changes (dynamic) the the router will be trying to send the game traffic to the wrong network device or some non-existent network device. Does not...
So you are trying to port forward 7392 and 7393 - correct?

And the destination computer is 192.168.0.104 (static IP with subnet mask 255.255.255.0)?

What I do not understand (full disclosure) are the loopback addresses in the last "picture" (127.0.0.1). What tool provided that information; is there some VPN involved?

Please read through the following link:

https://serverfault.com/questions/209150/how-to-access-localhost-by-ip-address

At this point I believe that the terminology involved has caused some confusion and possibly a configuration error with respect to your setup.

Note: I also found a couple of Linux and Unix links on the same general topic. Not including those links because I am not fully sure the information is relevant to your problem and, as I said, I am somewhat out of my comfort zone.

However, I used the information from those links to find other sites (i.e., the enclosed link) relevant to the problem at hand.

1.I have a question.. what is the 127.0.0.1 and how could firefox connect but not my games...

Reason: If the gaming computer's IP address changes (dynamic) the the router will be trying to send the game traffic to the wrong network device or some non-existent network device. Does not matter if the traffic is via wire or wireless.

First get your PC established on your network with a static IP. Verify that you have internet access as normal.

Second then focus on setting up the router to port forward "Aces" via port 7392 and 7393 to that static IP.
