Just built this pc and for some reason only one case fan will spin. My case fans are the normal ones my pc came with. Case is meshify 2. PC turns on and acts normally besides this current issue.

BOTH CPU FANS FOR AK620 SPIN, ISSUE IS THE CASE FANS, AK620 FANS ARE PLUGGED IN THE CPU FAN SLOT WITH S SPLITTER THAT WAS IN THE BOX WITH THE AK620

Here is a list of things I have tried.

- I have tried to put all case fans on the mobo connections but still only one will spin(same one each time)
- I have tried to use the PWM cable plug it into SystemFan1 and plug the SATA plug into one of my parts with the PSU and then plug all 3 case fans into the Fan Hub that this case has on the back, still nothing, only one fan(same one)
- MOBO was updated as well so I could use a newer CPU

The CPU cooling fan I'm using is a AK620 and I used a splitter to connect two fans on that into the CPU_FAN(Is this my issue?)

I'm out of idea so any help would be nice! I can try whatever you think might work

Specs
MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
32GB OF RAM(DONT KNOW NAME)
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
Radeon RX 7900XTX
1000W Asus PSU
Samsung m.2 1tb x2
AK620 CPU Cooler(two fans on it)

I added pic of CPU fan spinning as well. GPU fans are all spinning as well, just didnt show pic of it.

Well it seems I solved my own issue.

I took out the fans that weren’t working and put them in my old build and they turned on and were spinning. Then I put them back in my new build and suddenly works. No idea but fixed now

You mean the BIOS for the motherboard was flashed? If so, clear the CMOS. Disconnect from the wall and display and then remove the CMOS battery, then press and hold down the power button for 30 secs to drain any residual power on the system, then replace the battery after 30 mins.

Case is meshify 2
How is the fan hub tethered to your motherboard?

Yes I updated the BIOS (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-B550-GAMING-PLUS/support)
I got version 7C56v1E

The fan hub is connected by a 4 pin connection looks just like a 4 pin fan connector, its plugged into System_fan1.

I'll try the cmos battery thing now

CMOS battery reset didn’t do anything. Should I try different fans? I have two different ones I could try, maybe these came broken?

Okay so this is strange, I used another fan from my other build I have and it works. With everything else going on I’m suspicious of these two fans being broken or something
