Question Only 1 ram works

i Have 2 ram
2 ram both working on different Slot
but when the two of them are attached
is just black screen and my System is on and off

CPU: i7 6700
Motherboard:Gigabyte H110m H CF
Ram:4GB 2133mhz SP Black and 8GB 2666mhz Team Group Elite
SSD/HDD:WD Blue 1TB
GPU:AMD RX 580
PSU:FSP HyperK 500W 80+
OS: Windows 10
BIOS VERSION: F24

If a laptop, include the make and model of the unit and it's SKU. If the desktop is a prebuilt, the make and model as well as the SKU will help us two fold.

Check and see which BIOS version you're currently on for your motherboard.
