Only 1 USB 3.0 is working

Any idea as to why? It just stopped working randomly one day. It can recognize a flash drive and charge phones and etc. but the second I try to copy a file from computer to flash drive and vice versa it freezes. My other USB 3.0 works fine and I have not done anything inside except use an air duster to blow it clean and it just stopped randomly afterwards.

Make sure everything is properly secured, and there is no debris in the socket.

Check the cable running to the motherboard header, and ensure it's properly seated into the header.
