Why is lenovo l24q-20 with native res of 2560 x 1440 running on HD graphics of i3-540 only displaying with 1920 x 1200 max. It is running through HDMI cable to the motherboard (Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H).
How can I change the resolution to 2560 x 1440?

Over here it stated that the max res is 2560x1600 for first gen.

That may only be over DisplayPort.
