[SOLVED] Only 2 Gig of RAM working out of 16 Gig

Solution
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of your laptop? You will also need to check and see in BIOS if the system sees 16GB's of ram on the system. You will need to remove the stick of ram and then reseat it. The other thing you can do is first use CPU-Z and see what your BIOS version for your laptop is, under the Mainboard tab for CPU-Z. If you have BIOS updates pending, provided you state the make and model of your laptop, we can advise on updating BIOS.

Can you check and see what OS version you're on? You should ideally be on version 21H1.
