Question Only 2 power management mode options in Nvidia control panel? (RTX 3060)

Hi all. I am just curious as to why I only have 2 power management options for my MSI RTX 3060 12GB OC in Nvidia control panel. My previous card (GTX 1650 Super) had power options such Adaptive and maybe one or two more plus the usual "prefer maximum performance" option. Now, I only see: "normal" (which is the default and current setting) and "prefer maximum performance."

The exact card is linked above and I'm using driver 536.23. Are these the only settings for the card or am I missing something?

This is normal as nvidia changed up the power options starting with the 30 series. I believe they combined operation of adaptive/optimal with normal at least that's the idea.
