Only 4gb of 8gb of memory i have installed is usable.

Hey, I know there are already threads on this issue out there, but none of those fixes have worked for me. edit( the 4 gbs i can't use are hardware reserved) specs:

If msconfig->boot->advanced->max mem didn't all you can do is a fresh install of windows.
