Question Only 8 Threads (Instead of 16) on my Ryzen 7 2700X

Own a Ryzen 7 2700x and I have 8 cores as expected and only have 8 "Logical Processors" in Task Manager. I already tried turning off SMT and Resetting in Ryzen Master, with no avail. Any idea of what I can do to fix it? Thank You!

You said you turned off SMT, did you turn it back on? did you do a fresh windows install with this build?

Umm, why did you turn off SMT? That's where your extra 8 threads come from.
