Question Only a few desktop icons are missing?

Hi there! I have Windows 10 and have never seen or heard about this problem....
Maybe a week ago my Audacity icon is just POOF gone... And now today I login and notice the Eclipse icon is gone now too.
What could this possibly be and how can I fix this? Thanks!'

P.S. If I right-click these shortcuts and click properties the proper icons do showup in this windows as show in the attachment below:
