[SOLVED] Only able to connect via Ethernet

I have a optimum DIR - 868L and a ARRIS tm822. The PC connected via Ethernet works fine but on every other device (laptops, iPhones, roku) the WiFi is not popping up.

It sounds like the wireless needs to be enabled and configured. Does the router belong to Optimum? If yes, they should help you get through a basic wireless setup at no extra charge.
