Question Only booting to windows on internal graphics not on dedicated GPU. Win 10

I just got myself a new PSU 750W Crossair HX. After install i couldn't get into windows, as it froze on windows load.
I then tried multiple things to fix this, and only way i got it to get into windows was to go into BIOS and launch with internal drivers.

Problem is now it will only start when i keep it on internal drivers, even though inside windows it pulls my other monitor from my 1080ti no problem.
It is also very unstable running like this, and i get BSODS like this:

Driver IRQL not less or equal, kernel security check failure, driver overran stack buffer.

I guess this is from running with both internal and external graphics.

Any advice on how to get this running stable? Any advice welcome!

Things i tried:
Hard reset CMOS battery
Reinstall of windows (kept my files and pictures though)
Taking the computer apart and putting it together again.

Specs:
1080ti, gigabyte GA-z97z-gaming 3, i74790K, Crossair HX750
