Only boots in bios. Asus Sabertooth z97

When I turn on my computer it runs through everything like the start thing where you can choose to press f2 to start up the bios, it seems like normal until it's done with it and finally starts up. The only thing is that it starts in the bios, I have tried disabling fast boot but still doesn't work

That sounds like what happens when there is no HDD attached. Could your HDD have failed? Check the connections at the drive and at the motherboard.
