[SOLVED] ONLY download speed slow on ONLY one pc

I just recently (2 days ago) built my first pc, and everything was going fine the first day.

Day 2 rolls around, and I am getting significantly lower download speeds, but only download speeds, than expected.

I booted up my old laptop to do the same test (speedtest.net) and it gets roughly 10 times the download speed with the same upload speed.

PC: (5mbps down, 2.5 up)
Laptop: (50mbps down, 2.5 up)

I have tried:

• Booting in safe mode
• Reinstalling network drivers
• Flushing DNS
• Restarting both PC and Router

fixed by getting a wifi adapter as opposed to the onboard wifi i was currently using.
