Question only Drive C displayed

I downloaded win 11 and booted by rufus.
I created 4 partitions at the installing process where you choose which partition to install win.

After installation, I checked my computer and only Drive C is displayed

maybe you have hide empty drive turn on
or not assign a drive letter

Why four partitions? And the parts list and Disk Management screen, of course. It helps to have complete information about what's going on.
