My internet in the house is usually supposed to get around 1.0 gbps. But, my computer seems to cap at 200 mbps. I've looked around everywhere, updating drivers, and even set it to 1.0 gbps full duplex. It's not my ethernet wire, because other computers that have been hooked up to my cord, seem to still get higher numbers, around 800 mbps or so. If someone could help me? Thanks. Also, I have a GA-ab350-d3sh motherboard.

I had the same issue and tried a bunch of things like you did. What worked for me was using TCP Optimizer.

Download it here: https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php

Run it as an administrator. Move the slider all the way to the right (100mbps+), then select "optimal" bottom right and hit "apply". It'll need to reboot your computer to apply the changes, but should hopefully fix your issue too.
