OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit
Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x
Ram: VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2133 MHz

Any ideas? BIOs is updated, both ram sicks are checked and noticed in BIOS and I enabled XMP profiler, and yeah... I don't know.

I installed CPU-Z and it says that it's "dual-channel" but in my BIOS it says that it's "single-channel".

Do you have some programs open in the background? close most of the ones you aren't using, as they could take up lots of memory.

1. Open Task Manager
2. Go to "Background Processes"
3. End the Process of ones you don't use.

If that doesn't work, then do this:

1. Open Task Manager
2. Go to the "Startup" tab
3. Close all the processes that have a Start-Up Impact of "High"

This will close the programs that open when you startup Windows. This should greatly reduce the RAM Usage.

Maybe trying uninstalling and reinstalling both RAM chips, sometimes the edge connectors start to lose contact and RAM doesn't work properly and re installing them can improve the connection.

If that doesn't work try the chips individually to see if they both work properly.
