only have basic sound options

i just got my new system built
Asrock asrock x470 gaming k4
AMD 2600x
G.skill Ripjaws 2133
AMd 290x
850 watt evga G3

i saw that the mobo had the sound blaster caps so was like oh nice i just everything up and running and i cant seem to get the sound blaster connect going i click on it and it only shows a blank screen, i also have the realtek audio console it and seems to only have extremely basic options compared to the manager like i cant even retask one of my connectors i have tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times and even reinstalling windows and the issue at least for me still persist now i do have sound through my jacks so im not without sound i just feel like this is a huge step down compared to my old board in quality and was wondering if there is something wrong and if there is a fix
