Only HDMI works on GTX 1070 after components changes

Hello,
(sorry for my english i'm french)
I changed my Motherboard, my Ram and my CPU and now the displayport and DVI port don't work with my GTX 1070.
My first monitor works perfectly on HDMI but my second doesn't work with DisplayPort.
They are both VGA monitors so they have adapters (VGA-HDMI and VGA-DP)
It worked fine before the changes.

New components :
GTX 1070 8gb
A320m Pro vd/s (with Click Bios 5)
Ryzen 5 1600
DDR4 2133mhz
SSD Sata III
HDD Sata II (not sure)

Old components:
Asus P7P55D
I5 650
DDR3

Did you try removing and reseating the GPU? Try a different pcie slot? What PSU do you have?

I think I removed and reset my GPU and I believe that I have only one PCIe. My PSU is : Recom pe-450 plus
