Only motherboard turns on

I recently turned on my pc for the first time, and I have done a ton of troubleshooting and I’d like some suggestions. When I flip the switch on my psu, only the lights on my mobo turn on, as well as the two white lights on my strix 1080 ti to say the pcie fables are correctly inserted. The ram doesn’t light up, or my H150i Pro, none of my ll fans have lit up or are spinning.

How about the power button to the mainboard?

If by main board you mean motherboard, yes the power and reset buttons light up on the motherbord
