Question Only my ram rgb is turning on (new build)

Okay so I’ve been having problems with upgrading my pc for so long. First I had my b450 pro-m2 and I tried to upgrade from my 2600 to a 3600x and it wouldn’t boot. I now just got my Gigabyte x570 gaming x motherboard and installed it hoping I’d finally get to use my 3600x after waiting like another week for another motherboard or bios update. Now when I try turning it on. Nothing happens. Only my RGB ram turns on. I hear a little noise as if the ram is on but nothing else is working and it’s hurting my head. I can’t seem to find anything on this issue and I’m almost at the conclusion now my ram is the problem. I’m sick of buying and spending more and more money so I hope there’s a solution to this. As I said, in simple terms nothing is turning on only my ram rgb.

Gigabyte x570 gaming x motherboard
Geil 2x8 ram kit
Cooler master v750 fully modular psu gold rated (upgraded last week)
Cooler master ml240L rgb cooler
Msi ventus 2060 oc

Mind sharing the ram kit you're using? Try breadboarding the system to rule out a grounding issue. You might want to try running off of one stick of ram and place them in each of the 4 slots to see if you get POST.

Speaking of grounding issue, what is the make and model of your chassis?

My ram is the Geil super luce dual channel kit 3000mhz 2x8 as for trying one stick of ram I’ve attempted this already. My case is the thermal take level 20 MT.

The RGB flashes for a second when I turn on the power supply. It doesn’t let me jump it with an screwdriver or turn off the computer from the case.
