Question Only one computer disconnects from the Internet, and it's only for a split second then immediately reconnects.

Hello, I recently just upgraded my internet speeds, as well as got a new modem and router. Every other device in the house works much better, and there are no random wifi outages due to the outdated router. However, there is one computer that is now having a new issue. Randomly while being used, especially during gaming, there will be random disconnects for a split second, and will immediately reconnect. Something odd about this is it only seems to be one thing at a time, discord will disconnect and come back on, while games work perfectly, or vice versa.

I have tried almost everything I can to fix this issue. This computer isn't old, and doesn't have any out of date parts. Currently i have tried all the ipconfig /flush and renews and all of the cmd commands i have found online. Reinstalled network adapter drivers as well. I have disabled all of the power saving settings in device manager for network adapter as well.

This is the only device currently being connected via a netgear powerline Ethernet adapter, however prior to the upgrade this was never an issue, so it confuses me why it may be now. I have reset that device, switched the Ethernet cables used, and even switched outlets, no fix. I also tried using wifi on this device, and still no success, same random disconnects.

There are no viruses on this pc, or any applications that should be taking control of the internet that i know of. I've also done the obvious stuff like updating firmware on the router and modem, restarting them, and my pc.

I'd like to avoid fully restoring my pc to original settings as i would like to keep my files and not have to reinstall windows, and quite frankly I'm not sure if that will resolve the issue. I contacted netgear, but they refuse to help me as the "technical support" only lasts 90 days unless i purchase an extension, so i have nowhere left to turn. If this is the only option I have I will do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this problem makes gaming near impossible. If there is any other info you need me to provide I'd be happy to do so.

The make and model of the new modem and router is
The modem is a Spectrum DOCSIS 3.1 Modem and the router is a RAC2V1K Askey

Update your post to include the make and model information for the new modem and new router.

On the computer that is having problems run "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt and post the results.

Do the same on another computer that is not having connectivity problems.
