I tried installing nForce drivers but that didn't help (MSI P6N Diamond). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Solution WR2 Jan 24, 2009 Have you checked the Task Manager View-CPU History options? Having the One Graph, All CPUs option checked could cause that.
