Recently my second fan stopped spinning on my INNO3D RTX 2070 TWIN X2.
I tried forcing it to start running with both MSI Afterburner, BIOS and the INNO3D TuneIT software.
I tried manually cleaning the heatsink and the fans with q-tips and compressed air, and also controlled that every cable is good.
HWmonitor and also TuneIT and MSI afterburn tells me that the fan is running at 810811 RPM, lol.
I can use my PC, but as soon as I go in-game, the temperature rises and it turns off (of course).
Any suggestions about how to fix it? or is it just dead?
Bonus Info: When i took out the GPU, i noticed that the amount of dust amount on the fan not working, was significantly lower than the working fan. Has it been faulty for a long time? or is it just because its located further away from the output cables, and more centered in the PC?
