Hi guys, I'm currently running dual monitors (two 1080p 22" from an RTX 3070), and I have this odd issue where occasionally one of the monitors doesn't recieve any signal when I boot the machine. It takes me reconnecting the displayport cable in order to get it to load properly. This issue wasn't exclusive to my 3070 either, my previous card (GTX970) suffered the same thing. Its not the end of the world but its not convenient and can be a bit annoying with how my system is positioned on my desk. Anyone know what could be causing this? I saw in an old thread that it could have something to do with the display not always being powered on startup, but I can't find a setting in Nvidia control panel to change this?

Thanks for any help in advance!

Solution
DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 capable. Most older cables are only 1.2 capable, as is probably that monitor, but 1.4 is backwards compatible and fits the 3000 series anyways.
