Question Only one port is working on my gpu!

hello everyone! i have GTX 1650 Asus dual-fan on my pc, i bought another monitor today but i find out only HDMI port of the GPU is working. I tested out the cables and they were fine.
I also updated the driver, even uninstall and install them again, but still only HDMI port is working. Any suggestions that how i may fix it? can it be related to motherboard bios?

i tried:
using different monitors
different cables
switching the ports

Why do you need multiple display ports, are you planning on using multiple monitors at once??

If so you must go to nvidias control panel to set up your monitors.

Im not sure if plugging 2 monitors at the same time will just instantly work so I assume you probably need to setup something g first before doing so, but I’ve never had multiple monitors once.

i had many different Graphic cards. i was able to use 2 different monitors at the same time in all of them but, i can't use it on this gpu. i don't know why

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

What other port and monitor connections did you try?

Are you able to test the GPU in another known working computer?

I assume you want to run a dual monitor setup.
That is great for desktop work.
What is the make/model of the monitors you have and what inputs do they support?
Are you using some sort of a converter cable to the second monitor?
