Only one port works on gpu?

I have a xfx double d 7850 and the only port that works is the one dvi, i tied hdmi and the second one but nope. xfx customer service is closed on the weekend, maybe you guys know. I'm pretty sure i plugged in everything.

That is odd. Well, fortunately Radeon cards do carry audio over their DVI ports so if you have a DVI-HDMI adapter, it will still work fine. Having said that, I would take the card back to where you bought it and ask for a replacement. There shouldn't be any problem there.

i bought it from newegg, been over 30 days. but i don't want to wait like two weeks.
