Question Only one ram work on asus rog strix b450 f gaming a2 Slot

Hi people. So I try find some solution how to fix some problem with ram slot, So I building new PC with new parts: cpu ryzen 7 2700x, mobo asus rog strix b450 f gaming, ram corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x8 GB 3200mhz and when I put two ram stick on a2 and b2 pc dont want boot finish I try on pct, and just leds on mother board shining orange color, I try put other Slot but still not working, only when I put one stick on a2 slot pc boot but I want fix still cuz performance with one ram stick be bad, I wait some help how fix it

When working with one stick of ram, can you get into BIOS? If so, take note of the BIOS version you're currently working with.

Chasis: phanteks eclipse p350x
I never have a problema with pc its first time for me and I search every time today reason how, but I dont find solution
