I have a seasonic focus 750 psu and three sata ddevices: 1 standard burner, 1 blue ray burner, and one large capacity hdd. The sata power cables that come with the psu have multiple connectors. I thought I would only need one, but I can only get one device to show up in the bios. There appears to be 4 sata power connectors on the psu, do I need to have only one device per connector? Seems silly to have multiple connectors and only one device. Thanks!

you can POWER as many as there are connections from the psu.

however, EACH device needs its own data connection to the motherboard. so you should have 2 cables from EVERY device. one to the psu and the other to the motherboard sata port.

is this how you have it set-up now? or just one cable to the motherboard?

I'm talking about the sata power connectors, not the sata cable.
